Personal Assistant Service (PAS)

Our personal assistant care services support children who need assistance with daily living activities while remaining safely at home.

PAS services are designed to complement skilled nursing care and focus on non-medical support such as personal hygiene, mobility assistance, feeding support, and supervision. Change Home Health works closely with families to ensure PAS services are clearly defined, appropriate, and aligned with the child’s care plan and functional needs.
